Jerusalem artichoke soup with truffle oil. Warm homemade bread

ravioli of local pheasant with pheasant and tomato broth and parsley

cauliflower risotto with Parmesan shards and shaved cauliflower

gin cured trout with beetroot carpaccio, rye bread and sour cream, herb leaves

 

Mains

traditional roast turkey with all the trimmings

partridge breasts with local kale, confit leg meat samosa and spiced date

pan fried hake fillet with mussel cream, shallots and wilted spinach

mushroom and chestnut patties, braised shallot and spinach, sauce vierge

all served with seasonal vegetables and roasted potatoes

 

Desserts

homemade Christmas puddings with brandy butter and vanilla custard

pressed William pears with vegan ginger thins and star anise sorbet

white chocolate and brandy snap cannelloni with citrus salad

British cheese selection with water biscuits and spiced apple chutney

 

£5 non-refundable deposit per person is required on booking.
